My approach
Support doesn’t need to be complicated, or overwhelming; sometimes it is simply a person being present alongside you. As a psychologist, my goal is to offer that steady, non-judgemental space for anyone who needs it.
My experience working with a wide range of presentations across all life stages has equipped me to meet you where you are. Together we will explore the emotions, thoughts and patterns that feel stuck, and gently experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others so that lasting change feels possible.

I am a psychologist who brings together Chinese heritage, Spanish upbringing, British schooling, U.S. undergraduate study, and current Australian practice. Speaking fluent Mandarin, Spanish, and English allows me to work comfortably in each language, while first-hand experience of contrasting family systems, educational expectations, and social norms equips me to recognise and respect differing cultural lenses. This background fosters cultural humility: I approach every client mindful that their worldview may differ from mine, and I remain open to learning from them as we collaborate.

I bring training and experience across a broad toolkit of evidence-based approaches - including but not limited to EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and more. Beyond these core modalities I integrate mindfulness-based strategies, psychodynamic techniques, grounding techniques, tailoring each session to your goals so we can work flexibly and collaboratively at whatever pace feels right for you.
